You bring the idea. We get it made.

That's the whole name. OEM is what the factories call a maker that builds someone else's product to someone else's spec — and that's what we do for clubs and brands. There's no OEM catalogue to pick from. You turn up with a colour, a crest, a sketch on the back of a team sheet, and we turn it into a garment with your name in the neck label.

We've been doing it long enough to know where clubs get stuck: artwork that looks nothing like the sample, a size run that arrives short, a supplier who goes quiet three weeks before the first game. So we handle the messy middle — pattern making, sampling, production, quality checks, freight — and you deal with one person the whole way through.

Who we kit out

Sports clubs

Rugby, league, football, netball, touch and basketball. Playing strip, reversibles, sideline layers and gear bags in one run.

Schools

House kit, first XV and premier sides, PE uniform and leavers' gear. Artwork stays on file so next year's order matches this year's.

Workplaces

Branded polos, softshells and hi-vis for staff, plus one-off runs for corporate tournaments and team days.

Events

Tournament shirts, volunteer tees and merch, printed and delivered to a fixed date.

Why clubs stay with us

No blank-garment guesswork. Everything is cut and printed to your design, so a club can add a player in week three and get the same kit as the rest of the squad.

Dye sublimated

Colour goes into the fabric, not on top of it. Numbers and sponsor logos don't crack, peel or fade through a season of washing.

One order sheet

Sizes, names and numbers come in on a single sheet. We check it against your squad list before anything goes to production.

Repeat runs

Patterns and artwork are kept on file. Top-ups ship in about three weeks and match the original run.

What we make

Four groups, all made to order in your colours. Mix them into one run to keep freight and setup down.

On-field

Jerseys, reversibles, playing shorts, netball dresses, socks and warm-up singlets. 160gsm interlock for contact sports, 140gsm micromesh for court and turf.

Training

Tees, singlets, training shorts, bibs and quarter-zip mid-layers. Lighter weight, same artwork as the playing strip.

Sideline

Hoodies, puffer jackets, wet-weather shells and track pants. Embroidered club crest, sublimated panels, names on the back if you want them.

Off-field

Polos, caps, gear bags and drink bottles for travel and presentation nights.

Fabric and finish

Cut and sew

Panels are printed flat, then cut and stitched, so designs run across seams without breaking.

Reinforced seams

Double-stitched shoulders and side seams on contact kit. Flatlock finish on anything worn next to the skin.

Names and numbers

Printed into the garment at no extra cost when they're supplied with the original order.

Our production network

We don't run one factory and squeeze every job through it. We run a small network of specialists and send each garment to the one that makes it best.

Sublimation house

Playing strip, training gear and anything with full-panel print. Dye sublimation, cut and sew, colour-matched to a printed standard rather than a screen.

Knitwear and outerwear

Hoodies, jackets and mid-layers, where fabric weight and stitching matter more than print. Embroidery is done in-house at the same site.

Headwear and bags

Caps, beanies and gear bags, made in smaller runs so you can add them to an order without lifting your minimum.

Sampling

Pre-production samples come from the same line that will run your order, so what you approve is what you get.

How we keep it honest

Every partner is audited for working conditions and pays above the local legal minimum. We visit each site ourselves rather than relying on a certificate, and we'll tell you which one made your kit if you ask.

Quality checks

Garments are checked at the factory against your approved sample, then again when they land with us: colour, sizing, stitching, names and numbers against your order sheet.

If something's wrong

We remake it. Faults from our side are replaced at no cost, and we'll air-freight the replacement if a game date is at risk.

Size run

Available across every style. Sizing samples can go out before you collect the order sheet.

How ordering works

About six weeks from first email to kit in the clubrooms. Here's the whole thing.

1

Tell us what you need

Sport, squad numbers, rough quantities and when you need it by. A photo of last season's kit is usually enough to get started.

2

We send artwork

A full mock-up of every garment in your colours, with crest and sponsor placement, plus a quote. Two rounds of changes are included.

3

You sign off

One person from the club approves the artwork and the price. Nothing goes to production until that's in writing.

4

Collect the size run

We send an order sheet for sizes, names and numbers. Sizing samples can go out first if the squad wants to try before committing.

5

Production

Four to six weeks. We'll flag it early if anything looks like slipping past your first game.

6

Delivered and sorted

Kit arrives bagged and labelled by player name, so handing it out takes minutes.

Get a quote

Send through your sport, rough numbers and the date you need kit by. We'll come back with artwork and a price within two working days.
